WebDaddy.Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Program or Partner Dashboard.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Operate as an agency, freelancer, consultant, or creative professional
- Maintain an active WebDaddy Pro account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or remove any partner at our discretion.
3. Partner Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Securing your login credentials
- Ensuring only authorized team members access your Partner Dashboard
- All activity performed under your account
WebDaddy Pro is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4. Use of the Partner Dashboard
Partners receive access to agency‑grade tools, including:
- Delegated client management
- Hosting and infrastructure controls
- Billing and subscription visibility
- Support ticket management
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt to bypass system restrictions
- Interfere with platform performance
- Use the dashboard for unlawful or abusive activity
- Access or attempt to access accounts you do not own or manage
5. Client Management & Delegated Access
Partners may manage client websites, hosting, and services through delegated access. You agree that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of client information you submit
- You must obtain client consent before managing their services
- You must not store or transmit sensitive client data through unsupported channels
WebDaddy Pro is not responsible for disputes between partners and their clients.
6. Billing & Payments
All hosting, service, and subscription fees are billed through WebDaddy.Pro.
Partners may:
- Add services to client accounts
- Manage renewals
- View invoices and payment history
You agree to:
- Maintain valid payment information
- Pay all fees on time
- Resolve any billing disputes within 30 days
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use WebDaddy Pro infrastructure for:
- Malware, phishing, or harmful software
- Spam or mass unsolicited messaging
- Illegal, abusive, or deceptive practices
- Hosting prohibited content
- Attempting to disrupt or overload servers
Violations may result in immediate suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, tools, branding, and materials are owned by WebDaddy LLC. Partners may use approved assets (e.g., Partner Seal) only as provided and only while in good standing.
You may not:
- Copy or replicate platform functionality
- Misrepresent affiliation or ownership
- Use WebDaddy Pro branding without permission
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Partner account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse platform access
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
- Fail to maintain an active WebDaddy Pro account
You may terminate your participation at any time by closing your account.
10. Disclaimers
The Program is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error‑free performance
- Specific business outcomes
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WebDaddy Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to WebDaddy Pro in the past 12 months
12. Partners Code of Conduct
All Partners agree to uphold professional, ethical, and responsible conduct when using the WebDaddy Pro platform. As a Partner, you must:
- Act honestly and transparently with clients
- Provide accurate information when managing client services
- Maintain professional communication with WebDaddy Pro support
- Use platform tools responsibly and within intended scope
- Respect client privacy and data security
- Avoid any behavior that may harm WebDaddy Pro, its clients, or its infrastructure
You may not:
- Misrepresent your relationship with WebDaddy Pro
- Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive practices
- Use Partner status to mislead clients or imply ownership of WebDaddy Pro systems
- Attempt to manipulate platform behavior or exploit system vulnerabilities
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of Partner access.
13. Delegated Access Agreement
The WebDaddy Pro Partners Program provides “Delegated Access,” allowing agencies to manage client hosting, websites, and services without requiring shared passwords.
By using Delegated Access, you agree that:
- You will only access client accounts for which you have explicit permission
- You will manage client services responsibly and in good faith
- You will not attempt to elevate access beyond what is granted
- You will not store client credentials outside the platform
- You will immediately revoke access for team members who no longer require it
- You will notify WebDaddy Pro of any unauthorized access or security concerns
Clients retain full ownership of their hosting accounts. WebDaddy Pro is not responsible for disputes arising from Partner actions performed under Delegated Access.
14. Reseller / Agency Service Level Agreement (SLA)
WebDaddy Pro provides infrastructure, hosting, and platform tools to Partners under the following SLA:
14.1 Uptime Commitment
WebDaddy Pro targets 99.9% uptime for hosting and infrastructure services, excluding:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency maintenance
- Events outside our control (force majeure)
14.2 Support Response Times
Partners receive priority support with the following typical response windows:
- General tickets: 24–48 hours
- Urgent hosting issues: 4–12 hours
- Critical outages: Immediate escalation
Response times are targets, not guarantees.
14.3 Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for:
- Managing client expectations
- Providing first‑line support to their own clients
- Ensuring client content complies with WebDaddy Pro policies
- Maintaining accurate billing and renewal information
14.4 Limitations
This SLA does not cover:
- Third‑party integrations
- Custom code, plugins, or external applications
- Issues caused by Partner or client modifications
- Unsupported software or configurations
WebDaddy Pro may update SLA terms as needed.
15. Partner Seal Usage Policy
Partners in good standing may use the official WebDaddy Pro Partner Seal to promote their agency.
15.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Partner Seal:
- On your website
- In marketing materials
- In client proposals
- On social media profiles
Provided that:
- The Seal is displayed accurately and unmodified
- You do not imply ownership of WebDaddy Pro
- You do not imply certification beyond Partner status
15.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Alter, distort, or recolor the Seal
- Use the Seal to imply WebDaddy Pro endorses your agency’s work
- Use the Seal after suspension or termination
- Use the Seal in connection with illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity
15.3 Revocation
WebDaddy Pro may revoke Seal usage rights at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your Partner account is suspended
- You misuse WebDaddy Pro branding
Upon revocation, you must remove the Seal from all digital and printed materials.
16. Data Privacy & Processing Agreement
WebDaddy Pro processes Partner and client data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and industry‑standard security practices.
16.1 Data Collected
We may collect:
- Account information
- Contact information
- Service configuration data
- Usage and activity logs
- Support communications
- Billing and payment information
16.2 How Data Is Used
Data is used to:
- Provide hosting and platform services
- Maintain security and platform integrity
- Deliver support and resolve issues
- Process billing and renewals
- Improve platform performance
16.3 Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
- Collect client data lawfully
- Maintain accurate client information
- Protect client data from unauthorized access
- Use delegated access responsibly
- Notify WebDaddy Pro of any suspected data breach
16.4 Data Processing
WebDaddy Pro acts as a data processor for client hosting data and a data controller for Partner account information.
We do not:
- Sell client or Partner data
- Share data with third parties except for essential service providers
- Access client content except when required for support or security
16.5 Security
WebDaddy Pro uses:
- Encrypted connections
- Access controls
- Activity monitoring
- Secure data storage
- Regular security audits
Partners must maintain secure practices when accessing client accounts.

WebDaddy Pro affirms that clients retain full ownership of their hosting accounts, websites, domains, and digital assets.

Partners act as service providers and administrators through delegated access. Partners do not own:
- Client hosting accounts

- Remove Partner access at any time
- Transfer services
- Change billing ownership
- Request support directly from WebDaddy Pro
17.3 Partner Obligations
Partners must:
- Respect client ownership
- Obtain consent before making changes
- Provide accurate information
- Avoid misrepresenting ownership or control
WebDaddy Pro is not responsible for disputes between Partners and clients regarding ownership or access.
