These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the WebDaddy Pro Partners Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program, generating or accessing your unique tracking links, or utilizing the Delegated Access portal for affiliate tracking, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms.


1. Program Overview

The WebDaddy Pro Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new customers to WebDaddy Pro using tracked referral links.Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


2. Eligibility and Active Account Requirement

To activate and maintain your status as a WebDaddy Pro Affiliate Partner, you must meet the following baseline infrastructure requirement:


  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Active Hosting Requirement: You must maintain at least one (1) active WebDaddy Pro hosting account on a minimum $17.95/month plan in good standing under your agency or personal profile.
  • Account Lapses: If your qualifying primary hosting account is cancelled, suspended for non-payment, or downgraded to an ineligible tier, your Affiliate Dashboard will be locked immediately. Any pending, un-cleared commissions will be forfeited, and active tracking links will be disabled.


WebDaddy Pro may approve, deny, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.


3. Commission Structure

WebDaddy Pro pays commissions exclusively on the initial term of qualifying purchases. Commissions are structured and paid as follows:

Hosting Plans ($17.95/month tier):

  • $10.00 USD for 1-Year Hosting signups
  • $25.00 USD for 3-Year Hosting signups
  • $40.00 USD for 5-Year Hosting signups


Domains & Infrastructure:

  • $2.00 – $5.00 USD for multi-year domain registrations (exact payout dependent on TLD extension).


Agency Services:

  • 10% Commission on all paid site migrations.
  • 5% Commission on Done-For-You (DFY) website builds.


Commissions are not earned on:


  • Monthly hosting plans
  • 1‑year domain registrations
  • Renewals
  • Self‑referrals
  • Fraudulent or invalid orders


Commissions are paid on the initial term only, not renewals.


4. Tracking & Attribution

  • Referrals are tracked using cookies tied to your unique affiliate link.
  • Cookies last for up to 90 days from the first visit.
  • If a user clears cookies, switches devices, or signs up without your link, the referral may not be tracked.
  • In cases of conflicting referrals, WebDaddy Pro will determine attribution at its discretion.


5. Exclusions and Non-Commissionable Events

To protect infrastructure margins and prevent short-term churn, the following products, services, and events are strictly exempt from affiliate commissions:


  • Monthly Hosting Plans: Month-to-month hosting signups do not qualify for commissions.
  • 1-Year Domain Registrations: Single-year domain purchases or renewals are ineligible.
  • Renewals: Commissions are paid on the initial purchase term only. Subsequent account renewals or subsequent billing cycles do not generate recurring commissions.
  • Partner Hosting Credits: Development staging environments utilizing unpaid Partner Hosting Credits do not generate commissions until the referred client formally upgrades to a paid, eligible hosting term.


WebDaddy Pro is not responsible for disputes between partners and their clients.


6. Anti-Fraud and Self-Referral Policy

The Program is strictly designed to reward partners for bringing new clients into the WebDaddy Pro ecosystem.


  • No Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase hosting for your own internal agency sites, subsidiary companies, or accounts where the billing method, IP address, or primary contact details match the affiliate’s own information.
  • Fraud Monitoring: WebDaddy Pro employs automated IP tracking, device fingerprinting, and cross-matching logic to detect self-referrals. Violation of this rule constitutes fraud and will result in immediate voiding of all commissions, potential suspension, and permanent banishment from the Program.


Violations may result in immediate removal from the Program.


7. Acceptable Marketing Practices

As a WebDaddy Pro Partner, your marketing methods must reflect the enterprise-grade nature of our platform. The following practices are strictly prohibited:


  • Trademark Bidding: You may not bid on WebDaddy Pro branded keywords, misspellings, or variations in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other pay-per-click (PPC) platforms.
  • Coupon Site Abuse: You may not submit your affiliate links to coupon aggregators, discount-sharing websites, or offer unauthorized cash-back incentives.
  • Spam: You may not utilize unsolicited mass email campaigns (CAN-SPAM violations) to promote your affiliate link.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved marketing assets provided by WebDaddy Pro.


You may not:


  • Modify or misuse WebDaddy Pro branding
  • Claim ownership of WebDaddy Pro materials
  • Present yourself as an employee or official representative


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate federal or state courts located in Texas, and all parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such venue.


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Affiliate account if you:


  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
  • Abuse tracking or attribution
  • Fail to maintain an active Partner Account


You may terminate your participation at any time by closing your account.


11. Disclaimers

The Program is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error‑free performance
  • Specific business outcomes


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:


  • WebDaddy Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to WebDaddy Pro in the past 12 months


13. Modification and Termination

WebDaddy Pro reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or the terms of this Agreement at any time. Active partners will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notification. WebDaddy Pro reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately and without notice for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
