1. Program Overview

The WebDaddy Pro Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new customers to WebDaddy Pro using tracked referral links.Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain an active WebDaddy Pro Partner Account
• Provide accurate contact and payout information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

WebDaddy Pro may approve, deny, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only on eligible products and terms, including:

• Multi‑year hosting plans (1‑year, 2‑year, 3‑year)
• Multi‑year domain registrations and transfers
• Paid migrations
• WebDaddy Pro DFY website builds (where applicable)

Commissions are not earned on:

• Monthly hosting plans
• 1‑year domain registrations
• Renewals
• Self‑referrals
• Fraudulent or invalid orders

Commissions are paid on the initial term only, not renewals.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked using cookies tied to your unique affiliate link.
• Cookies last for up to 90 days from the first visit.
• If a user clears cookies, switches devices, or signs up without your link, the referral may not be tracked.
• In cases of conflicting referrals, WebDaddy Pro will determine attribution at its discretion.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD.
• Payouts are made via the methods listed in your Partner Dashboard.
• Unpaid balances roll over until the threshold is met.
• WebDaddy Pro may delay or withhold payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

WebDaddy Pro is not responsible for disputes between partners and their clients.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Use misleading or deceptive marketing
• Bid on WebDaddy Pro brand terms in paid search
• Represent themselves as WebDaddy Pro staff
• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or illegal marketing tactics
• Offer unapproved discounts, rebates, or incentives
• Use their own affiliate link for personal purchases
• Attempt to manipulate tracking or attribution

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Program.

7. Program Changes & Termination

WebDaddy Pro may:

• Modify commission rates
• Add or remove eligible products
• Update these Terms
• Suspend or terminate the Program

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved marketing assets provided by WebDaddy Pro.

You may not:

• Modify or misuse WebDaddy Pro branding
• Claim ownership of WebDaddy Pro materials
• Present yourself as an employee or official representative

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Affiliate account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• Abuse tracking or attribution
• Fail to maintain an active Partner Account

You may terminate your participation at any time by closing your account.

10. Disclaimers

The Program is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error‑free performance
• Specific business outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• WebDaddy Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to WebDaddy Pro in the past 12 months

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
